This top leadership role will report directly to the North Region President and play a critical role in driving growth, profitability, and customer excellence across the market.

The Role

As a Market Leader, you will oversee dealership performance across multiple stores within your market. You’ll drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams. This role requires a hands-on, process-driven leader with a proven ability to implement winning strategies and consistently outperform the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across all stores, ensuring alignment with Blue Compass RV standards.


• Develop and execute action plans to improve results, collaborating closely with the Region President.


• Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses, adapting strategies to gain market share.


• Lead, coach, and inspire store leaders to achieve sales and operational goals each month.


• Ensure consistent execution of Blue Compass RV processes and Standards of Excellence.


• Build and execute training programs to continuously develop the sales, F&I, and operations teams.


• Partner with sales and F&I leaders to maximize GP while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.


• Manage lead response, CRM performance, traffic reviews, and sales coaching.


• Partner with store leadership to complete deals and ensure seamless customer experiences.


• Oversee compensation expenses, scheduling, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability.


• Work closely with service, parts, and F&I leaders to drive performance across all areas of the business.


• Collaborate with the Region President and Store Leaders on inventory needs and inventory standards of excellence both online and on the lot.


• Lead RV shows for your market.
