The sales coordinator primary role is to support the sales team in all facets from entering orders to calling customers to administrative tasks. Responsible for maintaining relationships with accounts and acts as a point of contact at the office for clients to follow up on open issues or questions the client may have. Responsible for building relationships with all internal departments in the company to support both the sales and inter-department needs. Facilitates key projects for our top retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for entering key account folders
· Responsible for entering internet orders and back up to Account Managers
· Communicates with key accounts on sales related issues
· Follows up on outstanding issues with customer service and warehouse such as shipping, damages, and warranty claims
· Organizes marketing materials such as binders, sell sheets and other related items and facilitate the shipments to our dealers
· Provide back up support for our Freight Associate on booking shipments
· Event coordinator for consumer and industry trade shows
· Prepares weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by manager
· Organizes and maintains file system
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Customer service oriented
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
