Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, taking ownership of the sales cycle from initial discovery to final signature. This is an opportunity for a true "closer" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving customer problems with innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end sales process, focusing on converting qualified leads into long-term partners.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
Navigate complex organizations to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline within the CRM to ensure consistent monthly and quarterly forecasting.
Collaborate with the lead generation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new accounts.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Executive with a heavy emphasis on closing new business.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
High level of self-motivation and a "hunter" mentality.
Resilience and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology solutions.
Familiarity with modern CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
Experience selling into diverse industries or enterprise-level accounts.
