Sales Account Executive (OSA)

About the Role

Penbrothers is looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive new business by managing and converting inbound B2B opportunities across flexible workspace, seat leasing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), and payroll solutions.

This role will own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing. The ideal candidate is a consultative and commercially driven sales professional who can understand client needs, present the right solutions, manage a sales pipeline, and build strong relationships with prospective clients.

What you’ll do

• Qualify and manage inbound B2B leads across small business, mid-market, and enterprise opportunities.


• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and identify appropriate workspace or offshore solutions.


• Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and closing.


• Present and sell flexible workspace and seat leasing solutions across Metro Manila hubs.


• Cross-sell recruitment, EOR, and PayPlus payroll solutions based on client requirements.


• Conduct physical or virtual workspace tours for prospective clients.


• Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, including lead activity, deal stages, and prospect notes in HubSpot.


• Collaborate with operations, workspace management, and legal teams to develop client proposals.


• Prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports.


• Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the decision-making process.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of hands-on B2B sales experience, preferably in flexible workspace, commercial leasing, BPO sales, HR services, or SaaS.


• Proven experience managing a sales pipeline, conducting discovery calls, and closing B2B deals.


• Experience handling inbound mid-market and enterprise sales opportunities.


• Strong understanding of the Philippine BPO landscape, seat leasing, and payroll or HR solutions.


• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.


• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.


• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and translate client needs into appropriate solutions.


• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar sales platforms and Google Workspace.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling workspace, office leasing, RPO, EOR, payroll, or other business solutions.


• Experience handling enterprise inquiries, including large-scale workspace or offshore requirements.


• Experience managing complex B2B sales involving multiple internal and client-side stakeholders.
