Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100 warm outbound calls daily to existing users (subscribers and free account holders).
- Manage 2 hours of live chat support each day.
- Follow a structured calling and engagement process diligently.
- Identify user needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
- Achieve a minimum of 3 closed sales per week.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Provide feedback on user trends and common queries to improve processes.
