Baron Contracting is an innovative construction company specializing in commercial and residential projects. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting our services and driving sales for the company.  They will also assist with various administrative tasks when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and other means

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and other advertising platforms

• Build and update social media pages, manage website, and manage SEO strategy

• Perform customer outreach, draft proposals, and send contracts to potential clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, or 5 years of experience in sales and marketing

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in construction is a plus
