Job Description - Remote Sales Closer High-Commission, High-Impact Role

📍 Location: 100% Remote 💻 Work from home — no commute, no office
Schedule: Evenings & Weekends (detailed rotation below)
💼 Job Type: Full-Time W-2 Employee
💸 Base Pay: $36,000 / year + Full Benefits (see below)
💰 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $129,000 + Uncapped Commission

Chapter 1: The Application You apply with your 2+ years of B2C high-ticket phone sales experience. You highlight your proven track record with $3K+ programs and your CRM proficiency.



Chapter 2: The Interview We talk about your sales background, your approach to closing, and whether this evening/weekend schedule works for your lifestyle. You learn more about our rotating 3-week calendar and how our Directors consistently hit six figures.



Chapter 3: The Training You receive ~$1,000 worth of paid training over ~50 hours. You learn our proven frameworks, meet the team, and understand exactly how our highest-intent evening/weekend leads convert.



Chapter 4: The First Close You take your first live-transfer call. The prospect is ready, engaged, and interested. You guide them through the program. They enroll. You earn your first commission—$3,100 on a $6,597 sale.



Chapter 5: The Reality Sets In Three months in, you realize this is sustainable. You're on track for $110K this year. You're working from home. You know your schedule. Your downtime is actually yours. This isn't too good to be true—it's just... good.

WHAT WE NEED TO START YOUR STORY:



  • 2+ years B2C high-ticket phone or Zoom sales experience

  • Currently in a phone-exclusive role

  • Proven success closing $3K+ programs

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Employment stability (≤3 jobs in past 5 years)

  • Self-driven, coachable, ethical approach



WHAT YOU'LL GET:



  • $36,000 base salary (W-2)

  • Uncapped commission (9.40% PIM / 5.29% NPIM)

  • Average earnings: $100K-$150K+
