Job Description - Sales Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Start date:

Seasonal position (start and end dates may be subject to change, so candidate must be flexible in this regard)

Training will be completed prior to official start date

Daytime and evening flexibility required

Performance-based salary: 7-10% commission on sales

Service Area: Chicago western suburbs including Naperville, West Chicago, Schaumburg, Plainfield, Woodridge, Wheaton, Western Springs, Downers' Grove, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Lombard, La Grange, Forest Park River Forest, Oak Park

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

Manage and complete the Spray-Net sales process which includes
- The in-person customer consultation
- Using our software to quote the job
- Follow up with customers
- Collect job deposits
- Assist in color selection (yes we’ll train you and give you the tools to do so!)
- After-sales support as needed with your customers

Relationship building and maintenance

Participation in home shows

Promote positive brand image

Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)

Sport our sweet swag and look like a pro!

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

2+ years of sales experience

Complete our online and on-site training program

Valid driver’s license

Independent & self-motivated

Strong time management & communication skills

Flexible working hours

A people person!
