Sales Consultant Weekend Shifts

We’re seeking a confident and commercially driven Sales Consultant to join our team, working for a UK company, and help turn customer enquiries into confirmed cleaning bookings.

You’ll work with warm prospects, understand what they need, recommend the right service and guide them through to a successful sale.

Your Role in the Team

You’ll take ownership of customer enquiries from initial contact through to conversion, combining excellent communication with a strong focus on achieving sales results.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Engage with customers who have submitted warm enquiries

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable cleaning solutions

• Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed bookings

• Proactively follow up with customers who have not yet committed

• Maintain complete and accurate lead information within the CRM

• Build trust and rapport with prospective and existing customers

• Keep track of individual sales activity and results

• Work consistently towards monthly sales and conversion goals

• Negotiable basic salary based on experience

• OTE of R25,000+ per month

Shift Cycle

• Weekend-based role, with shifts scheduled across patterns such as Saturday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday.

1. At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales or business development

2. Strong spoken and written English with a professional communication style

3. Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a practical approach to problem-solving

5. Comfortable dealing with rejection and maintaining a positive attitude

6. Demonstrated experience in telephone-based sales and achieving targets

7. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

8. Previous experience using CRM platforms to manage prospects and customer records

9. Strong negotiation skills and confidence handling customer concerns

10. Reliable laptop or desktop computer suitable for remote work
