Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a demonstrated ability to deliver $1.5 million+ in annual sales revenue in the packaging or printing industry. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about B2B relationship-building. A strong understanding of flexographic (Flexo) and label printing processes is essential, as this role involves selling tailored packaging solutions. This position requires proactive lead generation, territory growth, and strategic support of our senior sales force to accelerate growth in targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate new business leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed high-volume sales targets with a focus on packaging and print solutions.
- Partner with senior sales team members to execute strategic plans and maximize territory performance.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage pipelines, track sales activity, and maintain client communication.
- Deliver compelling presentations, develop customized proposals, and support deal closure.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor behavior to adjust sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven track record of generating $1.5M+ in annual B2B sales, preferably in the packaging, print, or labeling sector.
- 3–5 years of successful sales or business development experience.
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly driven, organized, and focused on achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
