The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who knows how to create opportunity. Someone who is not afraid of the phone, understands the value of process, and brings urgency to every interaction.
This is not a “smile and dial” role. It’s about smart outreach, strong conversations, and setting up real opportunities that turn into business.
You’ll be the first impression of Better Car People. You will connect with dealers, identify gaps in their process, and open the door for our Account Executives to step in and close.
