Sales Development Representative - SaaS/IoT Sales

At Keycafe, we’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers across Europe, including Spanish-speaking markets, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth for our global SaaS/IoT platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys engaging with decision-makers, and consistently meets or exceeds quotas. You’ll respond to inbound inquiries, qualify business fit, and set up meetings that move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

You don’t need a technical background — but you do need curiosity and the ability to confidently explain how Keycafe’s SmartBox and cloud platform solve operational challenges for businesses.

Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required, as you'll communicate with customers across multiple European markets.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email
• Make follow-up calls to warm prospects across Europe
• Communicate professionally with customers in both Spanish and English
• Qualify inbound inquiries and assess business fit
• Navigate organizations to identify decision-makers
• Present Keycafe’s value proposition clearly and confidently
• Craft persuasive follow-up emails that drive engagement
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities

• Who You Are
• Proven work experience in sales (B2B preferred)
• Experience qualifying prospects and meeting sales quotas
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
• Strong phone presence and confidence handling inbound inquiries
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Nice to Have
• Experience in SaaS or technology sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting platforms
• Experience selling into industries such as hospitality, property management, or fleet/logistics

• Competitive base salary $1,650 plus commission
