Job Description - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

First year expected earnings (base plus commission) $60K – $70K. Uncapped commission.

What You Will Be Doing:





As a Sales Development Representative with guHRoo, you’ll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP (ideal customer profile). 





You’ll quickly become an expert at researching the nuances within our customer profiles that make someone a great fit for our services. 





In addition, you’ll be following a proven, successful process for cold prospecting using video, email, LinkedIn, and yes, cold-calling. 





You’ll be scheduling meetings for our Solutions Consultants and Account Executives and as you learn more about our company and services, you'll eventually get promotion opportunities. 





We use tools like Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite, and more. 





In your first week, you will learn our sales tools and processes, be trained on our service offerings, and start sending emails, texts, and making cold calls. In your second week, you make 100+ cold calls. In your third week, you will book a minimum of two meetings with potential prospects. By your second month, you will book at least eight meetings per month.






Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

This position is to be the first touch on a new lead. To support and grow new business as part of the sales team. Must have the following skillset:







  • Prospect, qualify, follow up and educate a high volume of cold leads into prospects


  • Reaching out to new leads via email and phone


  • Pro-actively generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives by positioning the value of guHRoo


  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives


  • Comfortable executing B2B sales on the phone


  • Develop, deliver and present presentations independently


  • Willingness to learn about and support highly technical products


  • Educate, train and support our clients about our products and services


  • Pipeline management – Zoho CRM experience plus


  • Manage pipeline with Zoho CRM system according to guHRoo standards


  • Prospecting and building relationships in networks such as Linkedin etc.


  • Support outside sales group


  • Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives


  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue.
