Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Sales

Company: Somewhere LLC

Location: Remote

Hours: 8AM–5PM EST

Salary: $1,000/month + commission (salary is negotiable with experience)

The Role:

We’re looking for a driven SDR who thrives in outbound sales. Your mission is to start conversations with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and book high-quality meetings for our clients using cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

If you enjoy prospecting, hitting targets, and earning commission, you’ll do well in this role.

What You’ll Do:

Run multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)

Identify and qualify decision-makers

Book qualified meetings for the sales team

Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups

Handle objections and improve messaging over time

Success in This Role:

Consistent outreach activity

Conversations started

Qualified meetings booked

Strong follow-up discipline

Strong spoken and written English

Organized and consistent with follow-ups
