REMOTE Sales Development Representative SDR

We are seeking a REMOTE Sales Development Representative to join our team.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth strategy. Your responsibilities encompass both outbound lead management and outbound prospecting, aimed at protecting those who we serve and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for proactively initiating conversations and identifying and qualifying potential customers through sales calls with customer leads furnished by our clients.

The SDR position offers a unique career progression track, preparing you for future roles within our sales and leadership team. As an SDR, you will have a performance-based pay and the potential to earn an additional money through uncapped bonuses and commissions, bringing your total on-target earnings (OTE) to $72,000 +. Your earnings will also increase as you progress in your career and move up within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize the CRM to manage inbound leads effectively, proactively initiating conversations, and identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings with the clients.

Collaborate closely with account executives, management, and customer service serving as a liaison between them

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting/ outreach activities, including warm calling, email outreach, texting and social selling.

Attend networking events, build relationships and generate leads.

Achieve or exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all efforts.

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition and industry developments.

Requirements:

Are excited about career growth in sales and developing into a future Sales Manager or leader.

Are highly self-motivated and driven

Eager to work in a remote fast-paced, challenging environment.

Preferred experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets

Have a knack for taking ownership and learning new things

Proactively teach others once you have mastered the skills of the trade

Can excel with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both over the phone and in written format

Are comfortable using video to engage with prospects i.e Zoom or WebEx

Are comfortable making daily warm calls and spending part of your day on the phone, email, and social media.

Are tech-savvy with some experience or a strong willingness to learn sales tools
