In this role, you will have a significant impact on shaping the sales strategy and scaling the company’s revenue. You will lead a team of talented Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, focusing on enterprise and mid-market sales. Your efforts will drive the company into new markets and help secure a competitive edge through effective negotiations and strategic planning.
Accountabilities
- Plan, lead, organize, and control the project and sales team.
- Establish project plans and metrics for tracking progress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage all aspects of the sales project lifecycle.
- Perform quality assurance reviews and implement improvements.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Foster collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong leadership and stress management abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills backed by prior experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective decision-making and prioritization skills.
- Experience in successful ERP implementations.
- Understanding of risk management principles.
- Ability to be a meticulous team player and self-starter.
- Experience in training users on systems and functionalities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- MBA preferred but not required.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince 2) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like MS-Project or Zoho Projects.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Good interpersonal skills at all levels.
