What The Position is About:

• Oversee sales leaders and teams across multiple markets to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers
• Enhance, develop, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Lead sales meetings and one on ones
• Create a culture of continuous training, improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Utilize home improvement tools to effectively identify and address operational weaknesses
• Monitor sales metrics and performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
• Heavy monthly travel throughout the state of Florida

• Proven regional sales leadership experience within the industry
