In this role, you will lead the sales function in the US, fostering the growth of our regional presence. You will be responsible for building and scaling the US sales team while implementing effective strategies to optimize sales processes. Accountabilities
- Own US new ARR, expansion revenue and forecast accuracy
- Lead and coach our US Account Executives
- Execute within a globally standardized GTM and customer success framework
- Build the foundations for scale including territories and outbound playbooks
- Establish a predictable operating cadence for forecasting and performance management
- Hire and onboard the next wave of US GTM roles
- Optimize our sales operation and tech stack
- Partner closely with product and marketing for new product launches
Requirements
- 3+ years leading B2B software sales teams
- Experience scaling high-performing teams from proven product-market fit
- Experience building an outbound-led sales culture
- Proven track record in optimizing outbound systems
- Strong coaching, hiring, and performance management skills
- Comfort managing team delivery across lead and lag indicators
- Experience driving sales outcomes across segmented GTM systems
- Systematic, data-driven approach to sales processes and operations
- Comfortable building in stages and working as a remote regional leader
- Comfort adopting AI and automation to improve productivity
Benefits
- Base salary: US$160-200k
- On-target earnings (OTE): US$270-330k
