What You’ll Do

• Prospect candidates through calls, texts, email, and social media


• Build trust quickly and create lasting relationships


• Match healthcare professionals with open travel assignments


• Negotiate offers and overcome objections


• Manage a pipeline and move candidates fast


• Hit goals, win business, and grow income

What We’re Looking For

✔ 6+ months of sales, retail, hospitality or relatable high-volume relationship experience
✔ Proven success hitting goals or metrics
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✔ Competitive mindset with grit and resilience
✔ Coachable and hungry to grow
✔ Confidence to ask for the close
