Sales Engineer for technical solutions

Your role

As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Business Line Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

You will

• Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. 


• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. 


• Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations. 


• Develop medium to long-term sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.


• Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

• Proven experience in a technical sales role, ideally within a B2B environment


• Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of engineering and mechanical principles


• University degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines) or relevant experience


• Native-level Czech language proficiency


• English proficiency sufficient to understand technical presentations and engage in basic professional communication


• Residence in Brno or the Brno metropolitan area

Job location

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Brno, while being associated with our customer center in Czech Republic (CZ).
