In this role, you will oversee a talented team of Sales Engineers specializing in AI security solutions. You'll play a critical part in managing relationships with clients and partners, ensuring that they are well-informed about our cutting-edge AIDR platform. Your focus on coaching and mentoring will help foster a skilled team capable of navigating complex technical challenges. Additionally, your leadership will be pivotal in driving innovative solutions and contributing to the overall mission of enhancing cybersecurity across various sectors.
Accountabilities
- Manage a team of Sales Engineers focused on cybersecurity solutions.
- Ensure effective technical field sales coverage for assigned territories.
- Mentor and develop the skills of Sales Engineers.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish strategic plans.
- Engage in relationship-building activities with customers and partners.
- Provide expert guidance on complex technical issues.
- Lead product demonstrations and early customer engagements.
- Document innovative customer use cases for internal resources.
- Work collaboratively in a remote-first environment to support global clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consulting or sales engineering, especially in security incident response.
- 2+ years of direct management experience, preferably with remote teams.
- Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and AI Security concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach.
- Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with best practices in cyber risk mitigation.
