Expand and optimize our affiliate program – identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing its potential.
Find and engage key multipliers – ensuring a successful and efficient outreach strategy to leverage influential partners and networks.
Utilize HubSpot – to efficiently manage and optimize sales processes.
Build and lead a high-performance sales team – including recruiting, coaching, and leadership for long-term success.
Several years of experience in sales, ideally in building and leading sales teams.
Hands-on mentality: strong operational execution, negotiation skills, and closing ability.
Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales.
Experience in developing and implementing scalable sales processes.
Proficiency in HubSpot Strong communication skills, as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
Fluent in both English and German (mandatory). Spanish is a plus.
