Job Description - Sales Manager France | Enterprise Software Solution (m/w/d)

a passionate and experienced Sales Expert (m/f/d) for the distribution of our Software solution Shiftconnector in France.

You will actively manage your own sales pipeline to close deals and gain new customers in the French area
You establish a sales strategy for the French market
You will research well-known customers (B2B) specialized in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, identify key prospects and generate interest on corporate level within Fortune 500 companies
You will receive cold calling support from our inside sales team
You initiate campaigns that are implemented by the marketing team in the automation tool
You work closely with our consultants to create individual solution concepts for global customers (B2B)
You independently conduct negotiations and prepare contracts with the help of our sales assistants

You bring 5+ years experience in selling SaaS solutions to B2B customers
You are always looking forward to the next bigger opportunity together with your sales colleagues
You are a natural at attracting new customers
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have a confident, professional demeanor with customers
You have strong listening and presentation skills
Excellent French and English skills are a must, other languages are a plus
Experience in selling solutions to chemical and pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Willingness to travel
