Role Summary
You will drive high-quality user registrations by prospecting, nurturing, and converting leads across phone, WhatsApp, email, social groups, and partner networks. Ideal for candidates with prior matrimony industry experience or referral/broker networks.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end funnel to achieve 1,000 profile registrations on your own.
• Identify and engage prospects via calling, WhatsApp outreach, and community groups.
• Partner with community admins, influencers, and referral agents to source candidates.
• Explain HopeMatri’s value (privacy, guardian integration, red/green flags, compatibility tests).
• Assist users during sign-up; ensure profiles are complete and verified.
• Maintain daily logs on Google Sheets/CRM and report progress.
• Uphold anti-spam, privacy, and respectful communication standards at all times.

What Success Looks Like
• 1,000+ completed registrations attributed to you.
• High conversion from contact → sign-up → completed profile.
• Clean, auditable tracking and daily/weekly targets met.

Required Experience & Skills
• 1–3 years in Matrimony/Matchmaking sales, tele-sales, or referrals (must-have).
• Strong communication (Hindi/Urdu/English; regional languages are a plus).
• Confident on calls, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets/CRM.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.

Nice to Have
• Existing network in matrimony communities (brokers/relationship officers).
• Experience running WhatsApp/Telegram communities or influencer partnerships.

• ₹20,000/month fixed + performance incentives.
