About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Recruiter who specializes in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs). You’ll manage a dedicated pipeline of sales professionals, ensuring every candidate passes rigorous English communication and tooling assessments to meet client standards.
₱30,000 - ₱45,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for SDR and AE roles — from sourcing to job offer.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified sales candidates for multiple client accounts.
- Conduct screening interviews to evaluate communication skills, sales acumen, and software proficiency.
- Coordinate with Operations and Client Success teams to align hiring profiles and ensure proper role fit.
- Administer tooling assessments (CRM, lead gen platforms, communication tools, etc.) to validate candidate readiness.
- Track, document, and report candidate progress using internal recruitment systems and databases.
- Optimize sourcing channels and recruitment funnels to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire metrics.
- Stay updated on sales hiring trends, market compensation, and emerging candidate pools.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales or client-facing roles (B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or outbound SDR hiring preferred).
- Proven ability to source and assess candidates in high-volume and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written); comfortable conducting video interviews.
- Strong familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar CRMs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment KPIs and optimize pipelines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Background in agency or remote recruitment setup.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, psychometric tools, and English proficiency tests.
