Job Description - Sales Support

Job Title: Sales Support
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Compensation: Up to AUD 1,500/month (based on experience and qualifications)
Work Schedule: Full-time
Experience: 2-5+ years

Role Overview

The Sales Support professional will assist the client’s sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, organizing documentation, and ensuring seamless sales operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support a fast paced and target driven environment. Your role will help streamline processes so the sales team can focus on closing deals and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer information
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, demos, and follow ups
  • Respond to basic client inquiries and direct more complex issues to the sales team
  • Track sales metrics, generate reports, and support forecasting activities
  • Organize digital files, contracts, and documentation for easy access and compliance
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives
  • Support lead qualification and outreach efforts when needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks that contribute to overall sales productivity

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or related positions
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and office software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Customer service mindset with a professional and positive demeanor
  • Experience supporting remote or international sales teams is a plus
