NCC and SFG are looking for a Sales Support Manager with a strong marketing emphasis to lead the team responsible for digital strategy, creative execution, and campaign management that drive agent engagement, brand growth, and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee the Sales Support team responsible for delivering multi-channel marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
- Align marketing efforts with business development, agent engagement, and recruitment goals across NCC and SFG.
- Develop and manage integrated campaigns across email, social media, web, and print.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, compliance, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency.
Marketing Execution Oversight
- Supervise creation and execution of email campaigns, nurture sequences, and event promotions.
- Ensure effective content planning, copywriting, and scheduling across social media platforms.
- Manage production of brand-aligned marketing collateral (flyers, postcards, graphics).
- Guide use of automation tools, CRM segmentation, and data hygiene practices.
- Oversee campaign performance analysis and reporting to ensure KPIs and ROI targets are met.
- Lead vendor relationships related to printing, advertising, event marketing, and sponsorships.
Project & Team Management
- Mentor, coach, and manage a high-performing team of marketing and support specialists.
- Prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain process documentation and support professional development of team members.
- Serve as point of escalation for technical issues, urgent projects, or campaign conflicts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of email marketing, social media, content development, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Medicare or insurance marketing is a strong plus.
