Job Description - Salesforce Architect

Major Responsibilities:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create simple but compelling action plans. Ability to translate and articulate complex issues in an easy to understand manner.

Serve as the technical lead, implementing and maintaining the organization’s Salesforce-based connected ecosystem. Design, configure, develop, and deploy Salesforce system features.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products, as well as Salesforce-based managed packages used by the organization to support industry-specific business processes. Provide detailed plans for proposed solutions.

Understand and manage the project financials

Experience with Salesforce Cloud applications is highly preferred

Managing resource requirements and project team members.

Leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.

Serve as escalation point of contact for technical issues.

Contribute to the creation of business-driven technology roadmaps

Requirements

Familiarity with managed packages for Association membership such as Fonteva or Nimble AMS.

Experience working with a broad range of organizations, including associations or nonprofits.

Active in the Salesforce Community

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or IT related discipline along with 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, or Salesforce implementation.

2+ years of work experience in implementing or supporting Fonteva or NimbleAMS software is required.

2+ years directing program activities to meet client and work objectives and have served clients (vendor side) to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.

Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
