Position: Salesforce Business Analyst

Experience: 6+ Years

Work Mode: Remote

Working Hours: IST Timings

Budget: Up to ₹1.3 LPM

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 6+ years of relevant experience to gather business requirements, translate them into Salesforce functional solutions, and work closely with stakeholders, developers, administrators, QA, and project teams.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Translate requirements into Salesforce functional requirements and user stories

• Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria & Process Flows

• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA, and technical teams

• Analyze existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements

• Support Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects

• Support UAT, including test scenarios, defect analysis, and business validation

• Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business processes and objectives

REQUIRED SKILLS

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience

Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform & CRM processes

Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation & stakeholder management

Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

Hands-on experience with User Stories, BRD/FRD, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria & UAT

Understanding of Salesforce configuration and standard functionality

Good understanding of Salesforce Integrations & APIs

Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

GOOD TO HAVE

Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst Certification

Agile / Scrum experience

Knowledge of Jira, Confluence & Salesforce

Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Workflows & Automation

Exposure to Data Migration & Third-Party Integrations

CANDIDATE PREFERENCE

Strong hands-on Salesforce BA experience preferred

Immediate / Short Notice Joiners highly preferred

Must be comfortable working in IST timings

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills required

Interviews: Ongoing — Immediate submissions preferred
