The project and the role description:

We are currently seeking a SAP Concur Functional Application Consultant (Travel & Expense) to join a global SAP Concur rollout for our Swedish client — a global manufacturing company specializing in advanced bearing technologies, lubrication systems, and condition monitoring solutions for industrial applications across a wide range of sectors.

The client currently uses Concur for Expense management but is now aiming to implement Travel Management as part of a broader Digital Finance initiative.

This is a strategic role with high visibility across the global organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-study phase and design the target solution architecture (To-Be)


• Map the existing “As-Is” landscape and propose improvements


• Create a high-level implementation roadmap including cost estimate, timeline, and team setup


• Collaborate with functional consultants and internal stakeholders


• Lay the foundation for the configuration, integration, and rollout phases

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• Proven experience in 2–3 full-cycle SAP Concur implementations, covering both Travel and Expense


• Experience designing SAP Concur architecture for global corporations


• Strong understanding of business processes, integrations, and rollout challenges


• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with global stakeholders


• Based in Czechia or Slovakia


• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
