abra SAP department is seeking for an SAP HCM/HR Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM/HR Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP HCM/HR modules, ensuring smooth HR processes and business continuity.

This role requires strong functional expertise in SAP HCM/HR and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A full-time hybrid position, based in the center of Israel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM/HR modules (such as PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of HR projects.

• 4+ years of proven experience as an SAP HCM/HR Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules (PA)
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
