As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced SAP O2C Consultant to lead and optimize the end-to-end order management lifecycle for diverse client engagements.

🧩 Role Overview

The SAP O2C Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Order to Cash processes aligned with SAP best practices. This includes order management, delivery processing, billing, revenue recognition, credit management, and integration with finance and logistics modules.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and blueprinting sessions for O2C processes
• Configure and implement SAP SD and related modules to support order fulfillment workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FICO, CRM, WM) to ensure smooth process integration
• Develop functional specs, process documentation, and test scenarios
• Support user training, data migration, and hypercare activities
• Analyze pain points and offer innovative SAP-based solutions for order cycle efficiencies
• Work closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
• Minimum 4+ years of SAP SD/O2C configuration experience
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes including pricing, credit checks, delivery, and invoicing
• Experience in integration touchpoints with FICO, MM, and Logistics Execution (LE)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead workshops and drive consensus across business and technical teams

🌟 Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA experience, especially with Advanced ATP, BRIM or FIORI apps
• Exposure to regional tax/localization frameworks (e.g., e-invoicing in APAC)
• Certification in SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales module
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks or SAP Activate
