Job Description - SBA Lender / SBA LPO Manager -Nationwide

SBA Lender / SBA LPO Manager Nationwide (Remote / Metro-based)

FinTrust Connect is thrilled to partner with a dynamic, growth-focused regional bank known for its robust SBA 7(a) lending capabilities and top-tier national ranking. Were actively seeking an experienced SBA Lender / LPO Manager who is ready to hit the ground running and contribute to this banks continued nationwide expansion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an SBA Lender / SBA Business Development Officer (BDO).
  • Proven track record of producing at least $1015 million in SBA 7(a) loan volume annually.
  • Experience working directly for a bank or financial institution (not a broker-only background).
  • Ability to independently source, develop, and close SBA 7(a) deals.
  • Strong understanding of SBA 7(a) program requirements and the ability to manage deals end-to-end.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a culture that values independent execution.

Description:

  • Developing and executing a business development strategy to generate new SBA 7(a) loan volume in your assigned region.
  • Building relationships with small business owners, centers of influence, and referral partners.
  • Managing the loan origination process from initial prospecting to deal close.
  • Working closely with the banks SBA credit team (including underwriters, closers, and portfolio managers) to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of SBA 7(a) opportunities aligned with the banks high underwriting and credit standards.
