Position Summary
TechForce Foundation seeks a highly motivated, people-oriented School Outreach Coordinator
to join our team in a Term of Project Role Capacity. The primary focus of this role is to create
new and nurture existing nationwide school partnerships; specifically with middle, high school
and post-secondary institutions’ Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, and drive
student enrollment into the TechForce Network—our digital platform that connects students to
scholarships, career tools, events, and more. The secondary focus will be to establish outreach
workflows and processes for scalability.
Additionally, this role will support existing school partnerships, perform in-person school visits
(travel required), coordinate follow-up activities, schedule meetings and demonstrations, and
contribute to the overall engagement strategy. Candidates should be outgoing, organized, self-
directed, and passionate about helping students explore and succeed in technician careers.
