Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver no-code solutions that incorporate AI functionalities.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to align on project goals and technical specifications.
• Participate in strategy sessions to optimize our offerings and enhance user engagement.
• Provide support in the integration of developed solutions within our existing platforms.
• Continuously innovate and adapt solutions based on feedback and emerging technologies.

• Established experience in no-code development and integrating AI functionalities into existing platforms.
• A proven portfolio of successful projects demonstrating innovative solutions in a business context.
• Understanding of AI tools and their applications in no-code frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to diverse project requirements and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
• A team-oriented approach with a commitment to driving innovation and enhancing user experiences.

Nice-to-Have Capabilities

• Generative-AI features: avatar creation (audio/video/3-D), video/audio pipelines, LLM fine-tuning
• Experience with OpenAI, Cohere, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, etc.
• HIPAA/GDPR compliance for health data
• Multi-tenant architecture and feature-flag rollouts

What You Bring

• Portfolio of ≥20 production Supabase builds (not just MVPs)
• Proof of FlutterFlow apps with ≥10k MAU or App/Play-Store listing
• At least 3 shipped projects using Dify (or comparable multi-agent layer)
• Demonstrated skill in crafting secure RLS, custom auth providers, and edge-function APIs
• Cross-functional squad (PM, UX, AI engineer, QA) ready to start full time (40 h/week)
• Async-first culture, daily updates in English, 24-h SLA on blockers
