The Experience


The Remote Selling & Digital Capabilities Manager possesses a strategic and operational ownership of digital eco-system, including Remote Selling, eCommerce, Teledentistry.


They lead and develop a team of Remote Selling Territory Managers, identifying and defining capabilities, processes training, and implementation support for Territory Managers. Key goals are to build net sales, product mix, growing overall consumption of Colgate products and realize faster, more personalized and broader communication of our plans to professional Dental customers by continuously improving our engagement model and ensuring effective internal communication.


This role can be based anywhere in the contiguous US, though easy access to NY home office location is strongly preferred.


 


Specific Responsibilities:




  • Drive implementation of professional engagement strategy and ensure coherence across remote selling, eCommerce, CPD and other virtual sales/engagement channels




  • Define objectives and priorities for Remote Selling Territory Managers in alignment with national/regional priorities and communicate regularly to ensure clear expectations.




  • Establish and monitor individual performance against sales objectives




  • Define and develop engagement strategies and plans across COP digital ecosystem to drive sales growth




  • Provide agreed sales reporting & uncovering analytics insights across our Organization in a timely manner




  • Ensures coherent communication to professional Dental customers across all engagement channels




  • Determines required budget for, advises on and works together with external agencies to further build and maintain digital engagement channels (e.g. email marketing, scheduling system, and virtual visits)




  • Implementation of Customer aspects of SAP Marketing Cloud




  • Fosters and coaches agile tools and practices for faster, more personalized and broader customer communication throughout the CDO organization




  • Advises on areas for improvement across channels as a result of Remote Selling activities evaluations and customer feedback




 


Basic Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent




  • Proven track record of superior remote sales achievement




  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external, all levels)




 


Preferred Qualifications




  • Professional selling, B2B2C experience preferred
