We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in New York. You’ll be the primary owner of our most important retail partnerships, driving top-line revenue growth for our flagship brands, Heavy Hitters and Papa & Barkley. This role is for a strategic and adaptable "road warrior" who thrives on building relationships, mentoring teammates, and closing high-value deals.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow relationships with our highest priority accounts.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities and securing new placements.
• Collaborate with our field representatives to increase sell-through and selling effectiveness
• Analyze sales data to find insights and develop strategies that lead to growth.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of proven sales success in the cannabis, alcohol, or CPG industries.
• Strategic mindset and the ability to interpret sales data to drive action.
• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of setbacks and shifting priorities.
• Obsessively detail-oriented and relentlessly dependable, delivering a level of customer service and follow-through that rivals the very best — every commitment met on time and to the highest standard.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence at all levels.
• A passion for the plant and a collaborative, hard-working spirit.

Physical Stuff

• Ability to spend 50-70% of your time on the road actively engaging with key accounts.
• Comfortable using computers and smartphones for extended periods.
• Clear speech, vision, and hearing for effective communication and demonstrations.
