Senior AI Engineer

For our client, we are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to develop intelligent chatbot and search platform components.

You will work with large language models (LLMs), design robust data pipelines, and develop high-performance vector search solutions that integrate seamlessly with real-world user interactions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with production systems
• Strong in Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, Langchain, etc.)
• Experienced in working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) and prompt engineering
• Proficient with vector databases (especially PGVector/Postgres)
• Solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and user intent detection
• Skilled in building ETL pipelines for diverse data (APIs, SQL, docs, images)
• Familiar with unstructured data processing and metadata management
• Experienced in deploying models in Docker-based environments
• Knowledgeable about role-based access control and personalized recommendations
• Confident in collaborating across teams and leading technical architecture decisions

What You Will Do:

• Design and implement robust ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Generate embeddings and maintain vector databases for semantic search
• Integrate LLMs and fine-tune prompts for intelligent chatbot interactions
• Develop logic for intent detection, ranking, and contextual responses
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate APIs, test, and deploy models
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of AI/ML components
• Build feedback loops for continuous model improvement and adaptation
• Track metadata and ensure role-based access and compliance
