Senior AI Engineer (all genders)

for a remote position. Become part of our team.

• Build scalable AI-supported products, services and internal tools that improve business processes, efficiency and measurable outcomes.
• Act as a sparring partner for leadership, product owners and engineering teams to identify and
  prioritise high-impact AI opportunities.
• Design, implement and continuously improve AI solutions such as assistants, RAG systems, intelligent automations and agent-based workflows.
• Develop reusable internal capabilities including platforms, APIs, MCP servers, standards and engineering accelerators for future AI initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams to deploy and monitor AI solutions.
• Strengthen internal AI maturity by sharing knowledge, evaluating new technologies and coordinating effectively with external partners and stakeholders.

• A degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, a related field or equivalent
  professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering AI
  solutions in production environments.
• Strong programming skills and practical experience with APIs, testing, CI/CD and maintainable software design.
• Practical experience with modern AI technologies such as LLM systems, retrieval-based architectures, model evaluation and effective integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or comparable environments,
  including container-based deployments and operational basics.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; you structure complex topics clearly, work confidently with technical and business stakeholders, and communicate effectively in English.
