The Senior HRIS Analyst leads the configuration, optimization, and strategic use of HRIS platforms to support business and HR objectives. This role serves as a subject matter expert, partnering cross‑functionally to design scalable solutions, improve system functionality, and provide advanced reporting and analytics. The Senior Analyst will rotate support across configuration, audit and compliance, reporting, integrations, and administrative duties — becoming a versatile contributor who understands how all the pieces of an HRIS ecosystem connect. Responsibilities Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and identify HR technology solutions that support operational objectives and process improvements. Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements and projects, including the development of functional documentation and test scenarios. Configure and test system enhancements to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with established processes and standards. Support projects involving HR technology and third-party solutions by assisting with configuration, testing, and implementation activities for business-critical initiatives. Provide solution support for HR technology solutions, fielding end user inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with issue resolution Participate in HCM release activities, including testing, validation of new functionality, issue identification, and support for release deployment. Additional Job Functions: Mentor and provide guidance to HRIS Analysts and HR system user Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field required 2-4+ years of progressive HRIS experience with enterprise platforms required Experience with or exposure to UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management (WFM) preferred Experience with or exposure to ADP and iCIMS preferred Experience working in or supporting a healthcare organization preferred Experience with reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred Familiarity with any enterprise HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM, etc.) preferred Familiarity with HR data governance concepts, audit support, or SOPs preferred Exposure to compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare HR, such as HIPAA, SOX, FLSA, or Joint Commission requirements preferred Deep understanding of core HR data structures and downstream impacts (payroll, benefits, reporting, compliance) required Proven experience leading HRIS projects or large-scale system enhancements required Advanced reporting and data analysis skills (e.g., complex queries, dashboards, data models) required Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data validation required Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to work accurately with large volumes of data required Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting business needs in a remote environment required Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document processes precisely and collaborate effectively across teams required Self-directed and dependable, comfortable working independently within a remote, distributed team required We’re here for you—both personally and professionally.
