In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

CTEC is seeking a Senior Assessments Specialist to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Job Description: Designs, develops, and validates assessments for Social Security Administration training programs. Creates evaluation instruments that measure learning outcomes, competency attainment, and knowledge retention. Ensures all assessments comply with federal accessibility standards and psychometric best practices while supporting program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts.

• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field with 7+ years of assessment development experience.


• Experience developing assessments that comply with federal accessibility standards (Section 508, ADA).


• Knowledge of psychometric principles, validity testing, and federal testing standards.


• Experience with assessment platforms used in government training environments.


• Certification in assessment development (CPLP, CAP, or equivalent) and adult learning evaluation methods.

Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
