Job Description - Senior Brand & UI Designer

We’re a close-knit, ambitious team of 40, driven by a mission to make this world a better place by providing affordable, environmentally sustainable, AI-focused cloud capacity to organizations. 

We are seeking a Senior Brand & UI Designer to drive the evolution of our brand identity and design system, ensuring consistency across products, marketing, and investor materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Designer will refine visual and verbal strategies, enhance website layouts, and develop compelling assets that align with business and customer acquisition goals.
  • Partner with design, marketing, and tech teams to shape the long-term design roadmap, aligning brand strategy with customer acquisition and product goals.
  • Evolve and refine core brand identity components, including visual style, storytelling, personality, and verbal strategy.
  • Overhaul and maintain the design system, updating key visual elements such as colors, typography, assets, and icons.
  • Design cohesive website layouts, templates, and user-facing experiences.
  • Develop high-quality marketing and investor materials, including ads, pitch decks, and videos.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process, from concept to implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong UX/UI knowledge, including familiarity with design systems and user experience best practices.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Brand identity expertise, with a portfolio showcasing brand development or redesign projects.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to align design work with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams.
  • Proficient English language skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively across teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
    • Experience in motion and digital design, including animation, video editing, or interactive web design.
    • Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering for asset creation.
    • Background in designing for tech, cloud services, or other highly competitive industries.
