Senior Change Managment Specialist

The Senior Change Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to support DMV system upgrades and process changes. DMV operations involve high-traffic service points and complex transaction handling, requiring careful change implementation to minimize disruption and maximize user adoption. The specialist will work with DMV leadership to create training materials, monitor adoption rates, and drive long-term process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop change management strategies tailored to DMV operations.
• Create stakeholder communication plans and conduct readiness assessments.
• Deliver training programs focused on user adoption and system proficiency.
• Measure and report on adoption rates and system performance improvements.
• Provide feedback to developers and business analysts based on user adoption data.

• 5+ years in change management or organizational development.
• Experience supporting government or public sector projects.

Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in high-stakes operational environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Prosci certification preferred.
