We are partnering with a well-established, multidisciplinary design firm seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead high-impact site development and civil infrastructure projects. From green spaces and community parks to complex campuses and transportation systems, you will play a critical role in planning, designing, and delivering projects that shape the built environment throughout New York State.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil/site development projects from conceptual planning through construction administration.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, integrated project delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the technical excellence of the team.
• Navigate and manage permitting processes in compliance with NYS and local agency regulations.
• Apply advanced stormwater management and modeling techniques, including HydroCAD.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  NYS Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; EITs with relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/site engineering
  Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
• Strong technical background in stormwater management design and modeling
• Familiarity with New York State and local permitting processes
