  • Collaborate with the Director and clinical ops teams on the monthly provider educational series, including content development and facilitation.
  • Partner with Care Management on escalated patient cases requiring clinical judgment and triage.
  • Ensure provider compliance with state-specific regulatory requirements, including e-prescribing workflows, collaborative MD agreements, and documentation standards.
  • Assist with onboarding of new providers, including interviews, orientation to clinical documentation standards and platform workflows.
  • Represent Clinical Operations in cross-functional meetings with Biz Ops, Legal/HR, and the Capacity team as needed.

  • Prior experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, or provider management capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to review and critically evaluate clinical documentation and prescribing practices.
  • Familiarity with controlled substance prescribing regulations, including DEA requirements and state-specific rules.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems; prior experience with e-prescribing workflows required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback to clinical peers.

Preferred

  • Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or addiction medicine.
  • Familiarity with quality frameworks, chart auditing, or clinical performance metrics.
  • Experience working within a structured performance management system (e.g., Lattice, BambooHR).
  • Comfort with AI-assisted tools, clinical decision support, or data platforms.
