Our Brussels team brings together curiosity-driven consultants with various methodological expertise and skills, from evaluation to economics and data science. We deliver a wide range of projects across the European Commission, including DG EAC, DG EMPL, DG GROW, DG RTD, DG CNECT, DG COMM, DG ENV and DG CLIMA. Much of our work focuses on supporting evidence-based studies, analysis, and evaluations of EU programmes, policies, and legislation.
For more information: www.technopolis-group.comWe are seeking a Senior Consultant in the fields of Skills, Higher Education, and Employment to join our dynamic Brussels team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our portfolio of strategic studies and evaluations, using a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. As part of a growing team of 50 colleagues, your work will primarily on EU policies in areas related to skills, higher education and employment, as well as research and innovation. You will play a key role in project delivery, from supporting the design of robust methodologies and proposal writing to contributing to the delivery of high-quality reports. You will contribute to the development of our talented team of analysts and consultants, fostering growth and excellence. You will also take part in our business development endeavours in those thematic fields, under the guidance of your Principal colleagues.Applicants suitable for this Senior Consultant position should have:

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in contributing to strategic studies and evaluations, with a solid understanding of EU policies and experience in the fields of Skills, Higher Education, and Employment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct rigorous studies and draw insightful conclusions from data.
• Coordination skills, including the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, with an interest in supporting and growing project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small team from diverse backgrounds, and able to deliver tasks under tight deadlines, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise evidence-based reports and deliver engaging presentations.
• Previous experience in delivering work for DG EAC or DG EMPL will be considered an advantage
• A previous experience working in a consultancy firm is preferable.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is imperative and fluency in other European languages is considered an asset.

• Contributing to the delivery of policy studies, evaluations and impact assessments as core member of the projects’ teams, including writing and presenting reports and deliverables in a compelling manner.
• Contributing to the coordination of projects and teams and supporting the qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis. 
• Supporting business development by contributing to tenders’ preparation.
• Helping to maintain and further grow our Education & Skills practice, including through the design of robust and innovative methodologies (quantitative, AI based, qualitative).
