You will be responsible for: π Winning new contract business π Positioning consultants into live and speculative opportunities π Creating demand from the market β not waiting for it
What Youβll Be Doing
π₯ Business Development First (Core Focus)
Identify and win new contract opportunities across:
Client engagement β submission β interview β close
Negotiate rates and commercial terms
π Pipeline & Deal Ownership
Build and manage your own pipeline:
Clients
Opportunities
Active deals
π Expectation: You begin generating deals from Month 2 onwards

2+ years in tech recruitment (contract preferred)
Proven experience in:
360 recruitment OR business development
Winning clients and closing deals
Strong ability to:
Generate leads from job boards and outbound activity
Convert opportunities into revenue
Sell consultants into the market
Experience in one or more:
Salesforce
IBM Maximo / EAM
AI / Cloud / Data
Ideal Profile
You are:
A commercially driven recruiter looking for a step up

Comfortable with outbound BD and creating opportunities
