Senior Corporate Finance Manager

One of Cox Consulting Network's clients is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Manager to support a growing multi-entity organization. This remote opportunity will play a critical role in driving enterprise financial reporting, FP&A, consolidation, and process improvement initiatives across a complex operating environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  


• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or financial reporting
  


• Experience supporting consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities or business units
  


• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and executive reporting
  


• Experience partnering with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations
  


• Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, month-end close, and financial analysis
  


• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems
  


• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-site, fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Requirements:

• CPA, MBA, or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
  


• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or engineered products environments
  


• Background supporting acquisitions, integrations, or finance transformation initiatives
  


• Experience with intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidated financial statements
  


• Experience coordinating external audits and tax reporting activities
  


• Strong financial modeling, dashboard creation, and executive presentation development skills
