We're building the most data-empowered B2B marketplace in Europe. As a Senior Analytics Engineer in our Business Intelligence & Data team, you'll design high-performance data models, mentor teammates, and elevate the technical foundations of analytics across the company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and own scalable data models using dbt, SQL, and Python to deliver high-performance, analytics-ready datasets
- Build and maintain ELT pipelines (GCP, ClickHouse) to transform raw data into trusted business inputs
- Apply engineering best practices including version control, CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing
- Mentor team members through technical guidance and hands-on support in modeling, testing, and performance optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business stakeholders to deliver well-documented, high-quality data products end-to-end
- Ensure high data standards for quality, documentation, governance, and performance
- Continuously improve tooling, architecture, and development processes by identifying and addressing technical debt
