Senior Data Manager

cBEYONData is seeking a skilled Senior Data Manager to join our team in support of a Data Engineering and Analytics effort for a Federal customer.  The purpose of the work is to seek data engineering and analytics support in generating requirements for a technical upgrade of the client's ERP system to S/4HANA. The Government seeks to use a fit-to-standard approach to evaluate S/4HANA out-of-the-box capability first and what client process changes need to occur to leverage S/4HANA with standard configuration, minimizing customization.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as the overall lead and data manager for the effort


• Serve as a primary interface with the Government, including Contracting Officer’s Representative, and shall be available for in-person meetings on short notice (24 hours) in the National Capital Region


• Recognized expert in financial management, business systems, accounting, human capital, innovation field, or other relevant subjects.


• Provides deep subject-matter expertise and interacts with the government primarily at the SES and Flag Officer level.

Relevant Experience

• Experience deploying functional and technical subject-matter expertise in a particular relevant field in support of State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees.


• 20 years of Federal ERP experience


• Recent Navy ERP data migration experience


• Experience leading large complex IT/ Data transformations for DoD environment


• Experience leading S/4HANA upgrades


• Certification in fields related to data science, data analytics, computer science, IT, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture


• Experience leveraging Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience


• Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance are required


• Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)


• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role.


• Years of Experience: Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement.
